The paper work need so they say that if you need to let your mortgage is too expensive.

I actually work fr a morg. company and the way we operate is you call us and go over some info the computer tells us if u prequalify or not there really nothing we send out to you until your investor approves (unless declined then we send a decline letter) if you don’t mind me asking what is ur morg.company?
