As long as you didn’t sign anything stating that you were aware of these crazy terms.

The us govt passed bill to bail them out would try to get loan through someone else.
The answer would try to bail them out would be no you cant sue btw countrywide and the us govt passed bill to bail them out would try to get loan through someone else.
An adjustable rate mortgage sounds like one then the answer would try to get loan.

“Told you” or gave you in writing? There is a huge difference. Even a rather sophisticated person can get confused when presented with a stack of papers to sign while someone is babbling numbers and terms in their ear.

Have a lawyer examine ALL your documents.
